Alledged incident was to have occurred while this employee was pulling on a cable to get slack to hang it. Did not report this incident until 6/26/08. Cause if happened was improper lifting. Compliance with rules/regs not a factor, protective equip a factor (back support), miner attitude a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
