Narrative

While opening a 10"" knife blade of the bin activator on a 50 ton lime silo, lime sparyed from around the opening and covered EE's head and face. The EE was wearing required PPE. While attempting to wash lime from his head, lime entered his eyes and caused irritationand minor burns.
