Narrative

EE was tramming a double head roof bolter up a hill and the roof bolter had to be pushed by a scoop. He accidently stuck his foot outside the operator's compartment and the scoop bucket hit his foot. The injury to his left foot required that the ends of his 3rd and 4th toes be amputated and the 2nd and 5th toe was fractured.
