Narrative

While cutting a piece of belt to make a splice, the utility knife blade came out of the knife, causing EE to fall forward. When EE attempted to catch himself, he accidentally fell forward on the knife blade that was still stuck in the belt, lacerating his left hand which required several sutures. This is to report medical treatment only.
