Narrative

Wash down in crushers, 2"" water hose hit him in the knee after the fitting came off the hose. At time of initial exam, employee was released to return to work. In a follow-up appointment it was determined there was a tear to the ligaments in his knee. Surgery was performed on 7/15/2008. The employee worked up until the time of surgery.
