Narrative

EE driving Euclid R60, bringing sand to asphalt plant. After dumping, he heard a noise coming from left, rear tire area. He exited cab and saw a bulge forming in tire, turned to get away when tire burst. Was 10 to 15 feet away when tire burst forcing him to the ground breaking lower left leg. Another employee in area when tire blew suffered a ruptured eardrum.
