Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Era Portal at the 3W Headgate #1 Entry at 5850'. The fall was approximately 35' long, 15 - 18' wide & 12' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of people. The fall will be cleaned up.
