Narrative

A roof fall occurred at 1:45 AM in the 5 West off Cool Hill 3 Longwall Section. Fall occurred outby the section a 20 1/2 xcut (42+84 ft) in the #3 Intake Entry. Fall was 20' long, 17' wide, and 8' high. Fall blocked the passage of men in the Intake. Area was bolted with 8 feet Instal III Bolts. Area was mined approximately 03/20/08. No injuries occurred.
