Narrative

The injured was operating a scoop and was in the process of pulling into a crosscut to get some boards to build cribs with. As he drove the scoop into the crosscut, he ran over some loose roof bolts and one of the bolts came up into the operators compartment and struck him in the mouth. The incident cut his lip and broke off four teeth.
