## Narrative

Driver, who works for another Savage operation, was at coal terminal unloading coal.  She exited truck to check fuel level in left side tank.  Driver removed fuel tank.  The fumes ignited, burning the driver's face and right hand.  Off-work, still in treatment.  Cause still unknown.
