## Narrative

The victim reported pain in his right knee after stepping over a belt tailpiece anchor chain. He continued to work until 7/29/08 when he was taken off of work after on MRI of the right knee reports degeneration of the posterior horn of the medical meniscus. He suffered pain from an occupational illness.
