Narrative

EE climbed out of ditch after adjusting water sprays & felt pain in his right knee,continued to work,but continued to have pain.He went to DR was taken off work on 8/5/08 to repair a small tear of the medial meniscus.MRI shows degenerative changes of the medial compartment, thinning and narrowing of the joint space. Please consider OI, MRI information is included.
