## Narrative

An employee was inspecting the #2 boiler as part of a confined space entry permitting process;  he was looking inside of the boiler's front door when he felt something enter his right eye.  On 8/6 he was taken to see an ophthalmologist and given a prescription eye medication, thus making the injury reportable.
