Narrative

Employee was helping to unload crib blocks off supply car to scoop car. One of his co-workers threw a crib block on his finger. Cause of this injury was lack of communciation. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, PPE could be a factor, miner knowledge could be a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
