A roof fall occured in 4 main 14 x #5 Hdg Intersection 1x outby the face. 4 way intersection. Area was bolted with 6' super twist and 4 @ 12' pt cable bolts. Area was dangered off and being cribbed prior to fall. No men or machines injured or trapped. No ventilation or travel was affected.
