A roof fall was discovered in 4+5 28x 3 main. Fell above the anchorage. Fall was rib to rib approx 40' long, 18' wide 10' high. No men or equipment damaged or trapped. No ventilation or travel affected. Area was bolted with 6' fully grouted resin bolts. 2,500 outby face.
