Narrative

After loading the 906, employee was chaining the loader down. After he had the one side done he moved to the other side. While moving to the other side he was in between the truck and the goose neck. As he was coming out the other end he stood up too soon and hit his left shoulder blade on the gusset plate that is on the trailer.
