Unintential roof fall near the face of the # 5 entry in the old West Mains 140' feet inby spad 1065. The fall measures 20' x 19' x 6'. The fall does not  block the passage of men, does not affect ventilation, did not have any affects on mine production, and no injuries or property damages.
