## Narrative

Because of the bad roof conditions, roof mats were being installed, using a twin-boom bolter. The victim installed a rib bolt, then drilled the outside hole for the roof mat. A piece of rock approx 2' square and 3-4""thick fell out of the roof, striking EE with a glancing blow to head, shoulder, ankle and onto foot, causing contusion and laceration, six stiches.
