Narrative

EE stated his neck has been giving him trouble for a long time,has gone to the chiropractor several times before this incident and afterwards.He was walking across the face when he bumped his head on the roof and aggravated it again.MRI showed degenerative disc disease along his Cervical Spine area.EE was taken off work on 08/18/2008.
