## Narrative

EE was washing hydrate with a caustic/water mixture using a 1.5"" hose. While adjusting the height of the hose tamer, some hydrate & caustic splashed back onto his faceshield & thru the vent holes in his googles.  This resulted in a minor chemical burn near his eye & some irritation to his right eye. EE lost no time & has been moved from the area to prevent furthur irritation.
