Narrative

The injured tripped while stepping over the belt tail piece and landed with his right foot partialy on a crib block causing him to twist his right knee. After an exam by a dr it was determined that there are mild tricompartmental degenerative changes in the right knee. This a occupational illness. The injured continued to work till the knee was examined by a dr. 8/20/08
