Narrative

The injured said he twisted his knee slightly while walking. He then twisted it again while stepping off an offset, causing him to fall backwards. Upon a doctor's exam it revealed degeneration of the medial and lateral compartments of the left knee. The injured suffered pain from an occupational illness. The injured's first missed day was 8/13/2008.
