An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Future Portal at Crosscut 41 between the #3 and #4 Entries at 5329W. The fall was approx 10' long, approx 14' wide and approx 8' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of people. The fall will not be cleaned up.
