Narrative

EE was on his 3rd day MSHA tour (walk around) of new miner training. I and another new miner trainee were walking back to vehicle and I saw EE start walking down a hill. I noticed he was having a siesure. He took a couple of steps forward then fell head first down the hill, hitting his head on the ground.
