## Narrative

While preparing to take AG-5 out for a turnaround, EE was reaming out AG-5 suction with a maul & reamer.  As he hit the reamer with the maul, a piece of metal chip flew off and struck him in the left thigh, where it lodged.  The metal was not visible but he had a 1"" laceration.
