An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Future Portal at the Main West intake travelway Entry #4 between 2974 W and 3099 W, crosscut 22.5, the fall was approx 23 feet long, approx. 18 ft wide and approx. 8-10 feet thick. the fall will be cleaned up.
