Narrative

Employee was attempting to board the right side of 546 dozer. Using his right arm to grab and pull himself up onto the platform. As he elevated himself he felt a sharp pain in his upper right arm. In the cab of the dozer he noticed that when he flexed his arm, a pain would shoot up into his shoulder.
