A roof fall was discovered on the Grassy Creek Mains in the #3 entry 20' inby s.s.#22650. The fall measured approximately 22' wide x 87' long x 10' high. No one was injured, no equipment was caught and ventilation was not disturbed. The fall has been dangered off and additional supports implemented on all sides. This fall will not be cleaned up.
