## Narrative

Alleged incident was to have occurred while his co-worker threw a stick of resin over to him and he claims that this stick of resin slipped through his hands and hit him in the chest. Cause of this injury was horseplay.  Compliance with rules was a factor, miner attitude a factor, protective equip. not a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
