An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Era Portal at the 3w headgate 8090' in crosscut #2 entry and entry to #1. THe fall was approx 29-31ft long, approx 11-18ft wide and approx 8-12ft thick. The fall did not affect ventilatiion or passage of men, the fall will not be cleaned up. Fall #25 Q.
