## Narrative

Employee was installing new closing line on north crane. He had cut 2 of 3 staples holding cable on the spool. While attempting to wiggle cable free from 3rd staple, the cable sprung back and struck emp. in forehead. It knocked off safety glasses and cut his forehead.
