Injured EE was supervising crew removing the fan aassembly from an ID fan at the basement level of the Step II Agglomerator. He was using a pry bar to help clear the rigging as fan assembly was being raised when his foot slipped causing his right leg to swing down and across the access door frame resulting in an approximate 6 inch long laceration.
