A roof fall was discovered at 3 main 39 x-cut 4 to 5 Hdg. Fell above anchorage approx 40' long rib to rib. 6' fully grouted roof bolts were in use. No one injured or trapped. This was 2000' outby the face. No ventilation or travel was affected.
