Narrative

Injured was using a set of 3/4"" come alongs to slew a wrecked jeep over to the rails when the roof bolt plate they were attached to pulled out causing the chain hoist to strike injured in the back of the head and neck. Injured was transported to the hospital where he was diagnozed with a whiplash of the neck area.
