An unintentional roof fall was dicovered on Grassy Creek Mains at crosscut #18 in the #8 entry. Survey station #10354. The fall measured approx 20' X 20' X 8' high. The fall has been dangered off and additional supports implemented on all sides. No one was injured, ventilation was not interrupted and no equipment was caught. This fall will not be cleaned up.
