An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Era Portal at the 2nd W Headgate Longwall #3 Entry at Crosscut 17. The fall was approximately 32 feet long, approximately 32 feet wide, and approimately 8 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up.
