An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine Galatia North seam travelway crosscut 160 (14875') to crosscut 161 (15075'). The fall was approximately 37 feet long, approximately 20 feet wide, and an unknown thickness. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up. Fall #25 S.
