EE was at the #1 portal surface shop area. He was using water hose to clean off a scoop car before loading it on a lowboy. He was standing on the batteries of the scoop. He stepped from the batteries to the ground. When he stepped down he twisted his right knee. *EE bagan missing additional time as of 1/3/09.
