An unintentional roof fall has occured in the 9I section, which is the 10 I Longwall tailgate. The fall occured in the 16 X-cut at SSN 38+07.48. The fall measured approx. 8 feet high 25 feet long by 16 feet wide. No injury or equipment damage to report.
