## Narrative

Employee was examining the steering relief valve on a Cat. 793. Oil dipped down onto the brim of his glasses and entered his eye. He cleaned it out and continued to work. On 9/13/08 he reported that the eye was swelling. Taken to ER, diagnosed with infection. Prescribed antibiotic drops and returned to work.
