## Narrative

EE was trying to loosen a lug nut on a tire. As he put all the pressure on the socket, it slipped. His momentum caused the left side of his forehead to strike the rim of the tire. A 3/4"" long gash was opened on the left side of his head, just above his eye. Continued to work with just a bandaide, until he determined he needed stitches. He received 4 stitches.
