Employee stated he was rock dusting and handling a rock dust hose on a conveyor line, when struck his head on a hanging roof bolt. Injured claimed he didn't hit it very hard. (Jammed neck) Employee worked up until 9/23/2008. The MRI showed C-4/C-5 cervical fusion from prior surgery and degenerative changes. This will be Occupational Illness.
