Electrician was using his retractable utility knife to cut tape off the SW Diester screen drive motor during a shutdown. While power was locked out, he was holding the knife in his left hand to cut away the tape over the wires when it slipped away from his control with the force resulted in a laceration to the top of his right hand requiring medical attention.
