Narrative

The EE was walking underneath belt cross under guard (belt not running) and making preparation to change out a roller. The belt slack was ""let-out"" at the take-up unit, causing the cross under guard and roller to contact the EE. The event resulted in a lost time injury. The EE received bruising of the right rib cage area.
