EE was helping put a conveyor roller segment in when he felt some pain in his shoulder. Employee has continued to work and recieved a MRI on 08/11/ 2008. The MRI showed significant degenerative change and Arthrosis along with a small tendon tear without retraction. This is age wear and tear illness of repetitive trama & motions. Started missing 10/01/2008.
