Employee stated his knee had been hurting him for about 3 weeks and had gotten worse. As he walked down a road U/G his left knee gave way and he fell to the ground. Employee had a MRI on the 29th and the impression results was Joint Effusion / areas of meniscal degeneration versus meniscal tear posterior torn medial meniscus. Employee went off on 09/29/2008.
