Narrative

EE stated that he reached to take the drill steel out of a hole and felt pain in his shoulder. He has not missed any work. He was given a MRI on 09/05/2008 and the results showed that there were no tendon tear identified. Possible tendinopathy. Also fluid was found in the subacromial bursa (bursitis) this is not an injury. Started missing 10/02/2008. Surgery
