Narrative

A metal cover that weighs an estimated 300 lbs was lying on the bottom. The scoop operator and victim were trying to flip the plate up on it's end with the scoop bucket. The plate was stood up on it's end. At that time, the victim tried to push it the rest of the way over when the plate slid (metal on metal) on the scoop bucket falling over on his right foot.
