Narrative

While crawling in a area that was wet and muddy causing employee's knee pad to be pulled off in the mud, his left knee became twisted resulting in the meniscus. He continued to work until 09/24/2008. Marfork Safety was not informed by employee that he was missing work due to this injury until 10/06/2008.
